According to American entrepreneur and author, Jim Rohn, you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. This adage holds true for real estate agents as well. You are the people that surround you.
I don’t sell real estate. I just happen to manage the most productive real estate office, industry-wide, in all the Northwest – the Windermere Yarrow Bay Office. We are not Bellevue, nor Kirkland, nor the Eastside, nor Seattle. We are Yarrow Bay. My 96 agents work from Snohomish to Tacoma. I have experts in all areas of real estate, from residential, to condominium, to new construction, to vacant land, to foreclosures, to bank-owned properties, to investment properties, to horse properties, to senior living, to floating homes.

LEW MASON
I started selling real estate in 1979 at the John L. Scott, Inc. Bellevue Office. After stints at WSLA Land Development, The Heller Company Realtors, Wm. Bain Associates, and Coldwell Banker Bain Associates, I assumed my current Managing Broker position at Yarrow Bay in 2003. I have been through four complete real estate cycles. I have seen the extreme highs and lows. I have been legally responsible as a Broker for over 46,000 transactions. Needless to say I have seen it all. I feel extremely fortunate to be associated now with the best collection of real estate agents ever assembled in one office.
